Steven M. Manket is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. He has broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture and growth capital investment transactions, business alliances and general corporate matters. Mr. Manket regularly represents private equity and strategic investors and sellers as well as financing sources in mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he represents investors and issuers in complex venture capital and private equity investments.

His clients include companies in the fields of private equity and venture capital, marketing communications (including all areas of advertising, marketing services and public relations), new media, prepaid and stored value products and solutions, high technology, wireless telecommunications, radio and television, publishing, manufacturing, restaurants and celebrity chefs, public figures, consumer products and finance. Mr. Manket is regularly retained as special counsel to represent parties in strategic alliance, joint venture, technology and licensing transactions. His practice has involved matters in Canada, Switzerland, Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom.
