Adam M. Levy is an associate in the Insolvency, Creditors’ Rights & Financial Products Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. He has experience in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including litigation related to residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), preferential and fraudulent transfers, fiduciary obligations under ERISA, class actions, stock option agreements, anti-dilution provisions, private placements, as well as investigations and proceedings before FINRA and the SEC.

Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Mr. Levy served as a law clerk to the Honorable O. Peter Sherwood of the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court, New York County and began his career as a litigation associate at a corporate and securities law firm. During law school, he was an associate editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law and received the Henrietta Metcalf Prize in Contracts.
