Mark Geiger is an associate in the Insolvency, Creditors' Rights & Financial Products Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. He has represented both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy litigation, as well as financial services companies in civil litigation and regulatory investigations. He has counseled clients on a broad range of issues, including claims relating to the issuance of structured-finance securities, credit derivative and interest rate swaps trading, and alleged misrepresentations in connection with the sale of financial services.

Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Mr. Geiger was a litigation associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. While in law school, he served as the Comments Editor for The University of Chicago Law Review.
