Kristopher D. Reichardt is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. He represents and counsels employers in a broad array of employment and labor matters and defends employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. Mr. Reichardt has handled a broad range of cases, from individual employment disputes to multi-plaintiff and class action litigation in state and federal court, as well as various administrative agencies. He also represents clients in labor-related matters, including arbitration, the defense of unfair labor practice charges, and collective bargaining negotiations. In recognition of his achievements, Mr. Reichardt was selected as a Rising Star by New York Metro Super Lawyers (2017).
Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Mr. Reichardt was an associate at Epstein Becker & Green. During law school, he served as a Notes Editor of the Journal of Law and Policy, was an Edward V. Sparer Public Interest Law Fellow, and an agent with the National Labor Relations Board.
Before law school, Mr. Reichardt served four years in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer.
