Andrew Spillane is an associate in the Insolvency, Creditors’ Rights & Financial Products and Litigation Practice Groups of Davis & Gilbert. Mr. Spillane handles disputes in the financial services sector, including breach of contract and fraud claims related to residential mortgage-backed securities, as well as a broad range of general commercial litigation matters.

While in law school, Mr. Spillane served as an Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law.
