Jacob P. Freeman is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. His practice includes a broad range of general and complex commercial matters, including disputes concerning mergers and acquisitions, service agreements, and real estate leases. Mr. Freeman also handles employment disputes. Mr. Freeman has experience litigating in the state and federal courts in New York, both at the trial and appellate level, as well as in front of arbitral bodies such as the AAA, JAMS, and FINRA.

Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Mr. Freeman was a litigation associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP where he worked on complex matters involving federal and state securities laws, as well as regulatory inquiries and investigations. Before that he served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Sandra Lynch on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, in Boston. While in law school Mr. Freeman was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.
