Jacob P. Freeman is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. His practice includes a broad range of general commercial matters, particularly disputes involving contract negotiations and employment issues. Mr. Freeman has experience litigating in the Tenth and Second circuits; federal district courts in New York, Kansas, and Minnesota; and New York and Virginia state courts.

Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Mr. Freeman was a litigation associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP where he worked on complex securities matters involving federal and state securities laws and state fraud laws, as well as regulatory inquiries and investigations. He also served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Sandra Lynch on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, in Boston. While in law school he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.
