Nicolas Diefenbacher is an associate in the Insolvency, Creditors’ Rights & Financial Products and Corporate Practice Groups of Davis & Gilbert. Mr. Diefenbacher advises financial institutions and other market participants in insolvency proceedings, with a focus on financial instruments and derivative products. He also has extensive experience in regulatory issues arising in the context of international data transfers. He is a native French speaker.

While in law school, Mr. Diefenbacher was Notes Editor and Member of the Board of the Columbia Law School Journal of Transnational Law. Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, he was an associate at Jones Day.
