Suemyra A. Shah is an associate in the Advertising, Marketing & Promotions; Entertainment, Media & Publishing; Intellectual Property and Technology, Digital Media & Privacy Practice Groups of Davis & Gilbert.  Ms. Shah represents media companies, video game developers, advertising agencies, public relations firms and advertisers in connection with various aspects of advertising, promotions, marketing, entertainment and intellectual property matters. Her practice involves reviewing advertising copy and drafting and reviewing a variety of agreements with respect to intellectual property licensing, talent releases, game development, production, sponsorship and media buying.  Ms. Shah also performs prepublication review of editorial copy with respect to issues of copyright infringement and libel, and advises clients with respect to social media use, charitable solicitations, sweepstakes and promotions, licensing and registration of intellectual property and environmental marketing. 

While in law school, Ms. Shah served as a Notes and Articles Editor on the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.  Prior to law school, she worked in television and music.
