Daniel Nemet-Nejat is an associate in the Advertising, Marketing & Promotions; Entertainment, Media & Publishing and Intellectual Property Practice Groups of Davis & Gilbert. Mr. Nemet-Nejat represents advertising agencies, media companies, and advertisers in many aspects of advertising, marketing and entertainment, including reviewing advertising copy, advising on the use of social media in advertising, drafting a variety of agreements and licenses and advising clients on sweepstakes and promotions. He also performs prepublication review of editorial copy with respect to issues of copyright infringement and libel.
While in law school, Mr. Nemet-Nejat served as articles editor on the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts. Prior to law school, he worked as a filmmaker and a journalist.
