Amanda R. Kinney is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. Her practice focuses on the representation of commercial landlords and tenants, in both office and retail leasing. Ms. Kinney also has extensive experience representing developers in the acquisition and development of commercial property, as well as institutional lenders, investment banks and private equity companies in real estate finance transactions such as loan sales and secured debt workouts.
Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Ms. Kinney was a real estate attorney at DLA Piper LLP (US).

- Represented Young & Rubicam in the purchase of a commercial condominium unit and leasing of additional premises (totaling 339,132 square feet) at 3 Columbus Circle, New York City.
- Represented Apple, Inc. in the leasing of approximately 23,000 square feet of retail space in Grand Central Terminal, New York City.
- Represented Nike, Inc. in its Greater China headquarters lease transaction, for approximately 600,000 square feet of office and conference space in Shanghai, China.
