Anne DiGiovanni is an associate in the Advertising, Marketing & Promotions; Entertainment, Media & Publishing; and Intellectual Property Practice Groups of Davis & Gilbert.  Ms. DiGiovanni represents advertising agencies, media companies, and advertisers in many aspects of advertising, marketing, and entertainment, including reviewing advertising copy, drafting intellectual property licensing and talent releases and agreements, and advising on social media participation and charitable solicitations.  She also regularly advises advertising agencies, public relations firms, and advertisers in designing sweepstakes and skill contest promotions. 

While in law school, Ms. DiGiovanni served as a Notes Editor on the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.
