• Handle music and other rights licenses

• Negotiate joint marketing and sponsorship agreements

• Draft and negotiate purchase orders, artist agreements and production agreements

• Review and draft music synchronization and master recording licensing agreements

• Counsel on copyright infringement

• Provide expert musicologist testimony and advice

• Negotiate and draft celebrity talent agreements

• Work with entertainment guilds, including the Screen Actors Guild, American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, and American Federation of Musicians in connection with the use of actors, singers and musicians in advertising
